Our team is looking for a charismatic problem solver with excellent communication, organization and project management skills. Analytically minded and is constantly looking at the big picture on how to improve strategy to achieve goals.

You’ll be the “face of UMAI” & the go-to-person for client communications, as well as filling in the team for execution. You’ll be directly reporting to our two cofounders, Karin and Alison, and work closely alongside them for company growth & success. This role is of vital importance to the success of our clients, and the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct liaison between the agency and all clients – driving workflow across all team members
  • Expert in all client briefs
  • Creating roadmaps, planning strategic initiatives & optimization efforts to hit client goals and targets
  • Setting and hitting client goals
  • Leads the charge on promotional strategy to hit revenue and traffic goals for all clients
  • Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting targets
  • Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives/opportunities accordingly
  • Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets
  • Spots roadblocks and proactively brings solutions that solve challenges and business problems
  • Collaborates closely with Digital Strategist to ensure projects are on schedule, stay within scope and meet the agency’s quality standards
  • Contributes across agency disciplines and holds other groups accountable to do their best work
  • Builds meaningful relationships with key clients
  • Effectively and confidently balances the dual expectations and business goals of the client and agency
  • EOM reporting and weekly KPI tracking – and communicating the tracking clearly with team
  • Motivates and manages/co-manages a team of 3-5 people. (Strategy + high level)

Our team is looking for a data-driven and creative project manager to join our team. Duties include ideating high-quality, unique content with the aim of driving engagement, building community, increasing web traffic, and ultimately driving sales.

This individual will manage all clients’ editorial calendars and track content performance against KPIs. The right candidate feels confident leveraging data to concept high performing deliverables.

Responsibilities –

– Manage strategy for day-to-day content planning and campaigns for clients including ideation, assigning, editing, and approving for social media, paid social, and email marketing
– Analyze KPIs to ensure content meets our quality standards and are driving results
– Oversee all client social content calendars and Google Drives
– Project manage the content deliverables from team members – working closely with the entire team to achieve desired results by assigning content outlines and tasks
– Detailed attention to best practices and what garners results for like-minded brands
– Discover new content marketing opportunities that can increase results for clients (reach, engagement, web traffic, sales)
– Responsible for staying on top of content marketing trends and competitive landscape, and consistently educating and training team members

This person is a DOER. Jumps in where needed with social media to make sure nothing is going unnoticed. Assists primarily with influencer marketing + organic social.

Individual is an ambitious go-getter who understands the importance of deadlines and calendar notifications so that nothing goes unnoticed. Essential that this person is able to adapt to different brand voice in a moment’s notice as they are the daily “voice” of clients’ brands.

Responsibilities –

– Manage all clients’ social communities by responding to all inbound communications in each brands’ specific voice, doing so in a timely and engaging manner to grow and nurture online communities.
– Monitor clients’ digital communities and uncover/communicate insights with rest of team.
– Schedule, publish, & maintain our client’s daily social media posts.
– Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting to track community management efforts against overarching brand goals.
– Monitor competitive industry activities via social listening and surface relevant insights and opportunities.
– Build and strengthen clients’ influencer programs/networks and look for new influencers to engage and partner with, as well as facilitating all communications with influencers.

You’ll manage and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Retail and other channels while owning performance tracking and reporting. This role combines media buying with analytics, ensuring campaigns are both strategically sound and data-driven.

You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to continuously improve performance and scale what works.
