CONTENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

Umai is looking for a full-time, whole-brained individual on their own mission to Do Good. We’re a CPG agency, so a passion for good food is a must!

Our Content Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing social strategy for all clients, varying in scope on an as-needed basis. They’ll write copy, design creatives, track impact, and deliver meaningful reports. At the end of the day, you’re not just growing the ‘gram – you’re supporting delicious food, beverage, and wellness brands with mission-based values. All while playing a huge part in the growth of Umai Marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement monthly content calendars
  • Content creation including, but not limited to: copywriting, photographing product, and crafting social ads
  • Schedule social posts
  • Own social community management (monitoring, engagement and crisis), navigating best practices
  • Pull regular weekly and end of month reporting data that tracks performance back to goals and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations for all clients
  • Manage influencer programs, including list creation, outreach, and ongoing relationship building
  • Manage Core 3 Facebook Group, researching and leveraging growth techniques
  • Fuel Umai Marketing’s growth as an agency, taking part in the expansion of our blog, education, webinar series, and much more
JOB SKILLS:
  • Content creation (photography, recipe curation, basic video editing, and GIF creation)
  • Excellent grammar and spelling is a given
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SEO
  • Experience in the following software + apps –
    • Content: Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite
    • Web: WordPress or Shopify
    • Design: Adobe Suite
    • Influencers: PeopleMap
    • Analytics: Google Sheets and Facebook Business Manager
    • Please list equivalent software + app experience in cover letter
