Development of social media, email and ad content for our clients with the aim of driving engagement, building audience, increasing web traffic, and ultimately driving website sales.
Has strong writing and editing skills, is proficient in photography and social video, and the ability to come up with creative ideas based on client briefs and needs. Strong project management skills & eye for design. Always learning and steady knowledge of social media marketing content trends.
Responsibilities – – Works directly with Content Manager to understand content needs for clients– Manage day-to-day content planning for clients including ideation, assigning, creating, and editing for organic social, paid social, and email– Manage client social content calendars and Google Drives– Analyze KPIs to ensure content (creative and copy) meets our content quality standards– Project manage the content deliverables from team members – working closely with Graphic Designer and Community Specialist to achieve desired results by assigning content outlines and tasks– Detailed attention to best practices and what garners results for like-minded brands– Scope out new content marketing opportunities that can increase results for clients (reach, engagement, web traffic, sales)– Responsible for staying on top of content marketing trends, and competitive landscape, and consistently educating and training team members
Requirements – – Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Ads Manager– Experience with social video creation and photography a plus– Able to adjust messaging and design requests based on client – honing in their customer avatar and brand guidelines for each and every to-do– Deep understanding of social media and email marketing– Deep understanding of high-converting social ad creativeExtremely capable at reverse engineering high-performing content– Ability to work on a small but highly productive team– Ability to spot new content opportunities without waiting to be asked– Extremely organized and is always one step ahead– Ability to prioritize high leverage opportunities– Ability to deprioritize non-urgent tasks– Is a team-player and loves collaborating
As an Intern at UMAI Marketing, you will be exposed to all types of client-facing projects (research, messaging, content, and marketing programs). You’ll assist teammates as needed to ensure each project runs smoothly. Responsibilities – – Create impactful reports using Facebook and Instagram insights, driving important business decisions for our clients– Assist with content creation, including captions and image sourcing– Schedule out posts, Reels, and Stories for our clients and ensure content goes out in a timely manner – Community management, including liking, following, and engaging with our clients’ unique audiences in an extremely adaptable manner– Actively scout out brands to participate in giveaways with our existing clients– Support our influencer marketing programs by building lists and building relationships on social – Be flexible – as our clients’ needs change, so will our team’s expectations
Requirements – – Have an unstoppable drive to do good for our clients (this is #1)– Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and/or graphic design– Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detailGreat attitude and willingness to learn – Commit to 5-10 hours of work per week
