Serenity Kids came to us as a brand new low sugar, high protein baby food company that was about to launch on e-commerce. UMAI was brought on to grow their business and get the word out through marketing management, social media and content, email advertising, and paid social to help them sell online as well as prepare them for their retail launches.
SOLUTION:
Our team knew we needed a full-funnel approach to gain early adopters of this new-to-market product. We focused on building relationships with moms who wanted better for their baby. We built community on Instagram & Facebook, acquired customers through social advertising, drove education and sales through email marketing, and created content that was entertaining, relatable and valuable to our core customer - the mamas!
STRATEGY:
Serenity Kids is an innovative brand that needed to lay a lot of groundwork in terms of educating parents on why their product is better than what is currently out there. We decided that the best way to do this was to create a social content strategy that focused on educating their core audience on the nutritional value of the product, as well as resonating with them on real life aspects of motherhood through relatable and entertaining content.
